your audiences.
The Seminar:
This seminar
examines the classroom from "30,000 feet."

each team a company to run, and ask teams
to compete on an accelerated schedule for
eight rounds. The seminar is designed to
answer a range of questions relating
directly and indirectly to Capstone®,
Foundation® and Comp-XM®. For example, you
might ask:

an existing class structure?

compressed schedule?

settings?

our courses?

- How much time do students devote to the
simulation?
- How much time should I devote to the
simulation?
- How do I control the pace of the
simulation?
- How do I interpret results?
- How do I grade a simulation?
- Can we use the simulations to compare
our students' performance to students at
other
schools?
- Is there a method of benchmarking
students on an individual basis?
- Can we use the simulations for
accreditation purposes?
- Will professors require assistants or
teaching aids?
- Will the simulations demonstrate to
employers that our students are business
ready?
- What methods should professors adopt for
teaching a simulation?

- How to illustrate cost leadership,
differentiation and niche strategies
